Sir George F. Pollock Bt. Hon FRPS (1928-2016) photographed Stonehenge on many occasions throughout his life. He was, as he put it, a “Photographer of Light” and was fascinated to see how Stonehenge changed in appearance depending on the time of day and the season of the year. Whilst he took many photos of Stonehenge, these are the ones that he considered his best and most interesting. They are shown on this website by kind permission of his children, Jill Hiron, Charlotte Swift and Sir David F.Pollock Bt. For further details of Sir George’s work go to www.georgepollock.co.uk
